After a sour experience with another roofing company that charged me in advance and then canceled my installation after a month, Roof Squad completely turned things around. From the moment I contacted them, they exceeded my expectations and provided by far the best customer experience I’ve ever had. At the very beginning of the process, Tono Bogran, the sales representative, delivered a detailed report with pictures showing the state of my roof and pointing out the key issues that needed to be addressed. This thorough assessment gave me confidence from the start, and Tono’s dedication to clarity and transparency was unmatched. Even while on vacation, he never hesitated to answer my questions, remaining highly responsive and clear on every detail, from timelines to expectations. Marcela Arita, the Customer Experience Coordinator, was equally impressive. She was always available to answer my questions and explain the details in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in the choices we were making. Her knowledge and friendly approach truly made this experience smooth and stress-free. The installation crew, led by Jonathan Ruano, was highly professional. They worked quickly but with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that both the shingle and TPO sections of the roof were installed perfectly. Their workmanship was top-notch, and it was clear they took great pride in delivering a quality result. As an Interior designer, I pay a lot of attention to detail, and the Roof Squad installation crew, led by Jonathan, did not disappoint. Every time I had a question or made an observation, they were open and responsive, addressing my comments with a high level of professionalism. Their willingness to engage with my feedback and ensure everything was done to perfection really stood out. My roof installation was complex, as it was on a 4th-floor roof, and even my skylight installer refused to take on the project. Roof Squad, however, stepped up and offered to handle the skylight installation as an additional service, saving me the headache of having to find another installer. Even though the skylight measurements were wrong, Roof Squad accommodated and adjusted everything to make it work perfectly, which was a huge relief. What impressed me even more was the constant supervision throughout the project. Every day, someone from Roof Squad was on-site with drones, monitoring the progress and ensuring that everything was going according to plan. Their attention to detail and oversight gave me great peace of mind. At the end of the project, Roof Squad delivered a comprehensive final report, complete with pictures of the installation process. This was an excellent touch, as it gave me a full visual understanding of the work done and added to my confidence in the quality of the installation.
